My wife and I bought a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo brand new in 2015. Vin Number: ***************** / CA Plate: 7LKC554. This vehicle has been regularly *******d at Parkway Motorcars Valencia (Hyundai Dealership) for most of it's life. There's ******* records at Parkway Motorcars Valencia and Carfax records to prove it. In 2021, when it had just over 90k miles, we noticed that it started consuming oil, the dealership said that a technician must have forgot to put a quart in it. We went through the process of checking every 1K miles at Parkway Motorcars Valencia to see if oil consumption continued. They said that using a quart every 1k miles was normal.... After awhile and numerous checks they claimed that it didn't have an oil consumption issue. Even though I told them I had to put oil in it... Since then I been putting in 1 to 2 quarts of oil between oil changes. I changed the oil myself since a few weeks ago and it was 2 quarts low again. I drove it about 300 miles since then it's already used 1/2 quart. I tried trading it at Carmax and they said it the engine was making noises and gave me a horrible offer for it. There's a class action lawsuit against Hyundai for this issue now and Parkway Motorcars Valencia continues to deny there is a problem. I want Parkway Motorcars Valencia to work with Hyundai to replace this engine so I can continue to drive it or trade it in. I shouldn't have to eat the cost of replace it or hand the problem to someone else. I create a video of the problem almost 2 years ago. You can clearly see license plate and number of miles on vehicle. ************************************************************* The problem has since then has gotten worse. I want the issue resolved in a timely matter, PMV and Hyundai need to make this happen. I don't have faith in driving it anymore and I am afraid that it's going to break down somewhere soon.Business response

I'm sorry but Parkway Hyundai has been sold. The new dealership is AutoNation Hyundai. Please reach out to them for assistance.
We are not sure why a complaint is being file with the BBB since you seem to be upset with Hyundai. There is an 800 Number that
