      I recently purchased a house and have ************************************** as an insurance that the seller purchased for me. Recently, I noticed that my toilet was leaking but could not figure out it was leaking from, so I called AHS insurance company and they sent a technician from Triple S Plumbing to come and diagnose the issue. The technician came and found out that my toilet was cracked and told me that he would send a report to the insurance company. When I contacted the insurance company, I was told that he wrote in his report that the toilet was cracked due to either misuse or abuse, and, because of that, it is not covered under the insurance policy. I called Triple S Plumbing to see how the technician had come to this conclusion, and the person who answered the phone (****) got my address and told me to have a good day, then hung up on me. This caused me to lose my insurance coverage. They do not want to give me an explanation as to how they came to this conclusion.

      Firstly, no one hung up on her. We told her that her insurance company denied it based on the pictures taken and our professional diagnosis. The toilet was cracked which is not considered normal wear and tear to the warranty company. We explained this to her and she was asking for the techs name, which is also on the invoice left with her, so she can "write negative review everywhere". The first name of the tech was given to her and she kept asking for his full name which we did not provide. We told her if she doesn't have any additional questions that there was nothing else we could assist her with, told her to have a great day.  She was silent for a moment, let out an annoyed **** and hung up the phone on **. The call was disconnect by the customer and not **.
