      I'm ALWAYS looking to support black businesses, and purchased two items from this store a week ago. I have a trip coming up, and wanted to check on my order status... I did so via email, no answer. I left a DM on Instagram, no answer. I left a message on Tik Tok, NO ANSWER. Something said, check the store website. Low and behold, said website (www.shoprych.com) is CLOSED. There's a shopify notice confirming that (see attached image). I cannot get a hold of the company to find out the status of pieces that I already paid for! On top of that, the fact that I cannot reach someone is concerning, ESPECIALLY now that their shopify website is CLOSED. I don't know what to do!

      I purchased a pair of jeans and received them on Monday March 6th 2023. I returned them per the store policy within the 5 days. I have been emailing them since then to ask about my store credit. There has zero response. I have attempted to call them at the telephone number listed on the site and it is disconnected. To ensure the item reached the store timely, i had to pay 17 extra dollars to return my item within the time feame , I am not clear why they have not responded to me timely. I would like either a refund or the store credit per the store policy. This is exactly why black owned businesses don't receive the support they desire. The customer service or lack there of, is atrocious.

      I purchased 3 clothing items on 7/14/2022 from shoprych***** I received my clothing on 7/19/2022. I tried on my clothing after reading the return policy that stated " if you need to return the items you must do so within 5 days from date of delivery". My items did not fit. So I did as instructed above. I received an email stating ,"my return request was being reviewed and I would be notified if my request was approved or denied". I never received any kind of follow up. I emailed again on 7/26/2022 inquiring about my request and I have been getting the run around since. I purchased the clothing through ****** pay in 4....total was ****** to be divided into 4 payments , 3 for ****** on 7/14 day order placed 7/29, 8/13 and the last payment ***** on 8/28. I have been charged the 1st payment and the 2nd one is coming up. I just want my money back and for ****** to no longer charge me for payments. I don't want the clothing or store credit. I do not wish to EVER purchase or shop on this site Ever again.

      I need your help.... On ******** *** **** ordered two sets 1). Preppy chill set-grey color ****** and 2). Wide leg Lounge wear set- Large/Black. As today ********** I have not received my packages. I've contact the seller multiples times, via emails, text messages, and on instants grams. ******* with UPS advised me they haven't been able to reach the seller. Please refund me my money- It's been almost 2 months. I have documentation to support my request. Thanks in advance,

      I placed an order and never received my items. Verified with UPS that they created a shipping label however the items were not shipped. I have tried since April 2021 to contact them to resolve to no avail.

      I received this item on 12/01/2021. I tried to submit a return via their return portal on their website, however, it did not work (this was on Saturday 12/04/2021). I sent them a message through their online message center (that same day) to notify them for an exchange. No one responded. I sent an email. No one responded. I contacted them via direct message on Instagram and sent a comment. At this point, I shouldn't have to send multiple messages to be assisted. I like this company but due to the fact that I'm being ignored I no longer want the item. I originally wanted to return for an exchange but at this point no has contacted me back and I've reached out to them through multiple platforms over several days so therefore I want to return this item and receive my money back. On their site it states you have 5 days for exchange or refund and due to waiting for a response from them, the 5 days has since passed.
