I bought a new key from the dealership and between 1/11/23 and 1/23/23 the dealership failed to perform the task and told me I would need a new wiring harness for $1,400. The original key reprogramming cost was $100.I paid $100 to reprogram the new key, but after their "reprogramming" the trunk would pop open when unlocking the doors and the gas door would not open, not allowing me to add fuel to the car. The dispute is they claimed I needed a new wiring harness, but they made incorrect coding, causing the problems, not a wiring harness. I have a computer log of their actions. I had an**** windshield replaced in November. Within the past few months bubbles have started forming in the glass and it is showing to be a faulty part. I have gone into the business multiple times. the first time, the service manager told me he would call me the next day with a resolution. It has been several weeks in which I have been trying to contact via phone and their messaging system and have gotten no answers and cannot even get anyone on the phone. I went in in person and asked to speak the the service manager I had spoken to and left a message they said they would give him to call me. It has been over a week since then with no contact. I just want the faulty part they installed to be replaced or refunded so I can have it redone elsewhere.
