    My wife & I purchased a $90 dinner for takeout from the restaurant, Johnny's Harborside, on the night of Feb. 6, 2022. The steak which I ordered & asked to be cooked "well done", was 1/3 cooked & medium rare. When I called the restaurant to get an explanation/resolution, the same female that originally took my order over the phone sarcastically replied with an, "okay...", to the steak being uncooked & gave no explanation or apology. I then proceeded to ask for a refund. The female took my name & number then said the owner would call me the next day on monday or tuesday. I received no callback on either day so I called again on Thursday Feb. 10th & got more sarcastic rude remarks from a young man who stated he could handle my grievance. The young man kept cutting short my every statement & did not offer any resolution or apology then he said that he is, "short staffed because no one in this town wants to work and YEAH IT'S LIKE THAT!" & then hung up on me. I tried several times to call again over the next hour because I did not want to miss their open hours which is only 3-4 hours per day. When I finally did get someone back on the phone, I expressed being upset about being rudely hung up on earlier. The person currently on the call sounded same as earlier & was said to be the owner by the staff yet was ever more rude to me & proceeded to blow me off by saying my grievance was of little importance & I am bothering him, then threatened to call the police on me. I don't believe I would have been treated this way if ****************. The restaurant's conduct was so unprofessional & unnecessary when a simple apology & refund (even partial) would have been acceptable. I am appalled to have been treated this way by the owner and his staff without resolution or any sort of apology. I would like a full refund for my dinner in the amount of $90. No receipt was provided however the charge is on my credit card statement.
