"The below email covers all the problems I am having with the Beeman / Marksman Company"Dear *****************************, I just received my air gun that I had you repair for me. I guess I'm shocked by the Unprofessional way this has all been handled.Here is the list of all the issues:1)After sending my air gun, per your instructions, I did not receive any conformation that you even received my air gun.2)Today, Jan. 11, 2023 *** delivered my air gun. I did not know you were even sending it out to me, again, no conformation from you.3)As I open the package I was surprised to see that you even sent it back in the "Crosman" box I used (it was the only box I could find at the time.) Once I open that box I was more surprised to not see my gun, but another model instead. I looked for an Invoice but didn't find any, nothing about worked performed or anything. Then I found a wrinkled up "post not" just floating around in the bubble wrap (which was even my bubble wrap that I sent in). This post not said "we replaced the stock, original was broken".4)Why was the stock broken? The shipping box I sent it in shows no damage. Where is my old stock? I need to see my old stock. My gun has sentimental value and you can't keep it. From everything I can see the gun you sent back isn't even mine. Why didn't you contact me and discuses my options?5)Now for the gun you sent me. ****, this one doesn't work either. I put a BB in it and it didn't even leave the barrel. It looks to me that the round rubber/plastic piece that BB comes out of it is broken.So, where do we go from here? For ****************, we the did our best to get his product in good working condition, unfortunately his rifle has been obsoleted for over 20 years and with plastic component that are no longer available, when we replaced the stock with a different style is because thats was the only one that could work on this rifle. The seals are no longer produced and generally all seals have a shelf life of 10 years. He sent emails to me but I was out for approximately 3 weeks, when I returned, I contacted him by phone and we agreed that I would t send him a rifle that was 3 times more expensive for this misunderstanding. After I sent him the rifle, I tried following up by sending an email but never had a responseInitial Complaint

I have been trying to resolve a defective barrel on a new under warranty air rifle, beeman had sent me a replacement part in a reasonable time period but it was also defective, after getting ahold of them again they had me send back their defective parts in order to send me one that is ok. I have called every week for two months to remind them i need a replacement, it's always an excuse to buy time, i started calling for service 9/26/2022 and feel they now need a push to complete this warranty issue. Beeman do not answer emails and their mailboxes are always full and cannot leave messages. Normally i can talk to ***************************** but always says he is too busy at this time, His email is ******************* and the two phone numbers i have are ************ and ***********************Initial Complaint

I have sent off a scope to get fixed and every time I try to get information on it they said the guy will call me back. It's been over a month waiting on a call back.Initial Complaint

On 11/22/21 I sent to Beeman a AR 2078 air rifle for warranty repair, they received it on 11/29/21, It is now 2/15/22, they have had it over 2 1/2 months now, and every time I call or email them wanting to know the status of my rifle, nobody calls me back or answers my e-mail. and all their phone messages are full , so you can't leave a message now. They have my property and I demand to know what's going on with this repair work, and when Ill be receiving my rifle back repaired,,Initial Complaint

I own a Beeman Commander air rifle, which stopped firing pellets after 6 months use. Per Beeman Products instructions I mailed it to their Santa Fe Springs, Ca location in July 2021 for warranty service. I detailed exactly what was wrong with it in an enclosed letter, and I included all details and contact information in the enclosed letter. On Sept 9, 2021 I managed to reach a *************** who told me that the rifle was in the queue for service. On October 20, 2021 I received a voice mail from *************** that he had examined the rifle and could not find anything wrong (which is totally frustrating, because it absolutely does not fire pellets). I have been trying to call back regularly but voice mailboxes are full, and my calls are never taken. At this point I would like a repaired rifle or a replacement to be mailed to me. Exchange or Repair are fine outcomes. Continued lack of communication is not a fine outcome.Business response
