Moved a couple shipment for ******************* who is doing business as ******** USA DBA ********************* and now is refusing to pay us or acknowledge he books ** for any transportation services. We have called him multiple times and emailed him and he still does not want to pay.Initial Complaint

Purchased Item on 02/09/2021 order number #GIPT-****** Received package on 16/09/2021 Inspected item and found to be the incorrect one, proceeded to email company with picture and package etc. and never got a reply. After a week I found their Instagram account and sent a msg, answered with im a social company and is a separate entity. Googled around found their number (*************** called and a gentleman told me to text the picture i emailed and info for a replacement. waited another two weeks or so. Called back and call was sent to voicemail, then called with my google voice number and gentleman answered and stated to email again the problem and it will be corrected. Another week passed sent another email and tried texting and call but getting ignored. Today is 10/15/2021.Business response

On July 25th 2021 I had purchased a steering wheel the company was promoting on their Instagram page, they were selling discounted wheels that were blemished or leftover. I had not received a confirmation email or tracking number. I knew a lot of people that had bought stuff from them so I was not concerned about it. They had not responded to multiple emails, just a simple question asking about my order. I finally talked to them over the phone and they claimed UPS lost my wheel, but I can't confirm this because I never got a tracking number. Never heard from them again, they blocked me and now I'm trying to get my money back. I'm really bummed about this because I didn't think it was that hard to just respond and be honest about my order without ignoring me/blocking me. Horrible customer service.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2021/09/15) */ After many attempts to contact the business for a month, they finally responded and sent me my item. Still very disappointed with the customer service but I am relieved that I got what I paid for.
