I purchased a gift basket from this company on June 11, 2024 that was promised to be delivered on Father's **** The contents of the gift basket were to be a bottle of ******************************* Black label whiskey, gourmet chocolates from a company called BOSS, mixed nuts, and a cookie with blue frosting that said "Best Dad". First of all, the package did not arrive on Father's **** Second, the box that arrived was completely damaged, partially opened with the contents spilling out, and carelessly wrapped in clear tape all over. Third, and most embarrassing, not one of the items were what was ordered. The Black Label was replaced for a Rebel bottle of whiskey. I looked it up, it is a ten dollar bottle of whiskey. The cookie was red and feminine looking, they sent a ******* chocolate bar, a damaged box of some off label chocolate covered nuts. I should have read the reviews beforehand, because it seems this is this company's MO. They should not be in business. They use the loophole of being able to substitute items if they are "out of stock", however, it seems that they substitute every item with all customers. I emailed them and they used this excuse with me as well. They told me they don't deliver on weekends either. If that was the case, I wouldn't have ordered from them. My whole purpose was to have it arrive on Father's **** which they initially said they would do. They falsely advertise everything and are scamming people out of money and ruining special holidays for people.Also, if you go to their website labaskets.com it shows that they have a 4.9/5 rating with over ****** reviews. This is fake. You can't click on these "reviews". I had to go to other sites to find the horrible customer complaints.Initial Complaint

I ordered a wine basket for a client on 12/19 and was charged for it. It was supposed to have been delivered on 12/21. It never was and when I try to reach their courier I get no help. It seems like they've lost the package. I've also reached out to the company several times and they will not respond. At this point I want my money back as they broke their contract and my client is leaving town and will not receive this basket even if it was delivered tomorrow. I was promised it would be left yesterday but no one knows where it is.
