            I purchased this gps golf watch this week and it was shipped without a charging dock. The company does not answer their phones and have a message saying they are closed due to CA health issues. That is total c*** ************ is a complete fraud, and I, as a licensed CA attorney would like to file a class action suit against them for all persons similarly situated.

            *************************** Enclosed is a copy of your advertisement for the WW2 ***. You will note that it says waterproof. It does not say in case of rain only so I am to assume that it is waterproof like it says. If this is not the case then it is misleading and fraudulent advertising.I feel the *** watch should be replaced before I fill the airwaves with irresponsible advertising. I am sure youre well aware of laws against false advertising.I am sure that you will fix your advertisement on the word waterproof and explain rain only. I think it would be of great harm to your company in advertising waterproof when it is not. Im sure a lot of people would shy away from future purposes. I am sure you do not want to mislead in future sales.Thank you for your time and I hope you understand coming from my end how I feel about being duped by the waterproof issue. Thank you again.
