      I purchased an Inofia hybrid mattress in September of 2020. The mattresses condition is deteriorating quickly (severe sagging) to the point that it is affecting my sleep and causing me leg and back pain. I've tried contacting Inofia to file a claim under the warranty, but have received no response whatsoever. I think the easiest solution for everyone involved would be if they could send a replacement for it.

      I bought a commercial dehumidifier through Amazon in may 2019. The unit stopped working in spring of 2023, yet has a 5 year warranty. Both AMAZON and INOFIA have been giving me the run around; ignoring my emails and inofia

      I ordered a mattress from Inofia on January 13 2022 (Order #**** for $333.69)) and within the 100 day refund timeline, I emailed them to tell them my back was hurting from the mattress. They took many days to respond between emails and did not offer me a full refund for my mattress, but rather a percentage off on another mattress. Because I could not afford to keep waiting for them to do something, and because I needed a new mattress, I agreed with their offer, hopeful that if I paid a bit more for a new mattress that it would work out better for me. I received that new mattress on April 19 2022 (Order #**** for $107.34). I asked them when they would be picking up my old mattress since it says on their website that they arrange pick-up for free. They responded that they will not, in fact, pick up my old mattress. I had to pay to have that removed from my home. Now it is October and the replacement mattress which I received in April has completely caved in from the middle and I have received advice from my doctor that I need a new mattress ASAP because my back is killing me. I have spent hundreds on massages to help me feel better. Because it has been slightly over 100 days, Inofia will not give me a refund even though they have seen photos of the deleterious condition of the mattress. They lie about their return policy and they lie about picking up the mattress from your home. They lie about replacing items that are defective or damaged. I want a full refund of $441.03 back from this dishonest company.

      I ordered a queen adjustable bed base on January 2/2021. I paid $664 plus tax for this. On the product listing on ****** it clearest states a 5 year warranty which I registered. Now on 12/2/201 at 6 am in the morning the elevating head part of the bed base came crashing down making a loud noise and even scaring our neighbors! The bed is now broken to no fault of our own and is still under warranty. I have reached out to Inofia multiple times with no reply. The bed base is very poor quality and I want this somehow resolved asap please.
