      If I could give 0 stars I would. Theyve made it impossible to make a return & are bargaining with me for how much I can be refunded. Please, avoid this company at all costs.

      Company violates the consumer by lying and not standing up to their return policy of a 30 day window. This is not what is expected of a company that one would want to continue to order from and refer others to use because of their exceptional encore service. The customer service individual decides to negotiate the refund with you as though they are into bargaining. This is not appropriate for any company. And they should not be allowed to do business with anyone.

      Terrible customer service and quality. Worse, they do not allow returns. Period. The orders come from ***** and theres no way to exchange or return. Youre just stuck. Its dishonest for them to not post this on their site, on every page!

      Buyer beware! Poor quality at its finest. Asked for a refund and a return address and they answered with "we can refund $20 and give you a promo code". I repsonded, "absolutly not, I want a full refund and return slip". She then messaged "we currently don't have a return address". Like what?! I haven't heard back from them, so I guess I'm just out 90 bucks. Happy friday, right?

      I ordered a dress and paid with a credit card. Several days later they informed me it was not in stock and they would refund me. When I checked my credit card statement, they had refunded me BUT they had charged me twice. When I contacted them, they refused to reimburse me for the second charge and told me to go back through my bank even though I sent them a screenshot of the charges. They would not give me a contact phone number. Terrible customer service. Avoid buying from them.

      I wish I had consulted BBB before I ordered from them. My story is the same as many below. I ordered a dress, tried it on, it didn't fit, and I tried to return it. No info about returns on site or on invoice, so I emailed them and began going back and forth with their "support" person about why I wanted to return the item, and how much I would accept to just keep the dress instead of sending it back. In the final email, they intimated that if the dress had been "worn," which I read to mean tried on, I would be ineligible for a refund. Well, of course I wore it for five minutes when I tried it on, but concerned that they would refuse to refund my purchase price, I accepted their offer of "69%" of the purchase price and kept the dress. I will be donating it to Goodwill and will not ever buy anything from this business again. ****** learned--check BBB before purchasing anything from a website you're unfamiliar with!

      Dress was supposed to fit a size M 8/10 and I am only a B cup, size 7 and it was so tight in the chest and back I couldnt move my arms or get it on or off easily. When it was supposed to be a little big. ***** was translucent as well and when I contacted them to return it the girl who answers named ****** tells you you cant have a full refund and they do not want the dress back. Only offered $22 about half of what I paid and these dresses arent cheap theyre almost $50 a piece, definitely not worth the money. Paid $12 for the dress to be mailed back anyway since I cant wear it.

      TERRIBLE business!! Hokey!! Do not order through them, ever! I bought two dresses, same dress, but different sizes to try. Apparently on the main page it showed in the upper left corner that it was a final sale item. Once clicked on the dress, no where did it show final sale. Nor when I added it to my shopping cart. Nor on my receipt. If Im like others, I typically do my shopping /browsing / adding to my cart . . And then go back and clean up my shopping cart and make a final decision on what to purchase. Even clicking on the item from my cart would not show anything about the time being final sale and not returnable. So, if you happened to MISS the little label on the main page of dresses, you are sore out of luck for knowing you are purchasing a final sale item that is not returnable. I emailed the company and pointed this out to them and asked for some sort of compensation, and the response was. . if you look up the sku code it shows final sale. these items were listed final sale July of 2023 and you purchased your item feb of 2024, completely ignoring the point /issue being addressed. I will NEVER shop this business again and have learned a major ******* only shop BBB accredited businesses!!!!!!!!!! Ive heard of other businesses even through Amazon doing the same thing to people as others have mentioned - offering partial refund. . And never refunding . So frustrating. People, spread the word about these awful businesses?

      This business is a hoax. DO NOT order from them! You just might end up ordering several final sale items because once browsing and clicking on an item, it no longer states that it is final sale, nor does it state it while you are checking out or on your invoice/receipt. If you happened to miss the little final sale note on the top left corner of the main viewing page, you are just out of luck.

      All Petalush cares about is selling clothes. Their customer service is non-existent. Before ordering, I consulted the site to see what their return policy is. I should have known it would be an issue when they said you had to contact customer service through email. I ordered a blouse that was made easily two sizes too small and needed to make a return and had to do it through email. It was obvious that the service was based in ***** as any reply I received from them was in the middle of the night. I requested a full refund but they kept replying with offers to keep the blouse, which in no way fit, and receive a partial refund. After several back and forth emails, I just got sick and tired of dealing with the company and accepted the offer of a 50% refund with the idea of giving the blouse to someone who could wear it. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the refund and it's been at least a month. Their business practices are completely unethical and they should be shutdown from doing business.
