            I order 2 pairs of shoes from this company. I received a tracking number - however according to *** tracking- sender did not provide customs forms- and package was sent back to them. I have tried to contact them via email, chat, social media and no one is replying- I have already been charged for the shoes ****** - Order #***** - April 14th 2024 - I would like this company to reply to me - either provide me a refund or tell me if they are going to correct the shipping- not sure what is going on

            I purchased a pair of shoes (that were purported to be new) on Macys website from Rag & Co on July 2, 2024. The shoes were delivered to me on July 10, 2024. The creases on top of the shoes clearly indicated they were previously worn. The shoes were wrapped in red tissue paper and stuffed into a clear plastic bag (there was not even a shoebox). I returned the shoes to ***** this next morning (July 11, 2024). Today is July 24, 2024 and I have yet to receive a full credit. Beware do not purchase anything from Rag & Co. They are neither reputable nor honest and do not credit/refund returns in a timely manner.
