Purchased 2 steel storage rack from ***'s club that TSY Services, LLC supplies to ***'s. One of the boxes was missing the support beams and pins. I contacted ***'s and they emailed TSY Services with me on the email asking them to please help me out by sending the replacement parts. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so i reached out to TSY on the same email thread and asked for some type of a response. Nothing. After i contacted them again, they finally responded and stated that they reached out to ***'s and was waiting for a response from them before they could help me. I asked if there was anything that i could help answer and they stated that they wanted to know how many pieces of each part were missing. I responded that it was all of the pieces for this rack, as stated on the original email from **** to TSY. They responded back that it's normal for ***'s to give them false info, which was why they were reaching out to clarify.They then stated that since it was missing all the support beams, and pins that i now needed to return to the store for a refund, and stated that it was "weird" that all the pieces were missing, implying that i was making the whole thing up. I was also told that their "warrenty" for parts was to only cover the pieces, but the customer would have to pay for the shipping!?!?!?!, never heard that before.....After some back and forth with their very rude employee *******, ***'s Club had to get involved and was able to settle the issue from their end. However, i still have a rack unit that i cannot use since it is still missing parts. I also think that their employee ******* needs to learn how to deal with the public in a more friendly manner. I've never dealt with a company with such poor customer ********************** skills(or lack of).
