I purchased siding reglets from the Company. When I received them I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted them (Through their distributor - *** ****) to ask if I could return them and buy a different size instead. They nicely agreed and told me I would only have to pay about $200 for return shipping. I paid another $850 for the new size reglets which were shipped and then expected to get a $650 refund from them. The refund never came. They said the reglets were damaged when they received them. They sent me pictures of the returned "damaged" reglets which showed minor surface scratches in the primer. The fact that I never unpack the reglets and shipped them back in their original boxes tells me that if the reglets were damaged it's because they didn't pack them properly. The second set of reglets I bought from them arrived just as scratched at the ones they sent me pictures of. They were totally usable since they were just primered for finish painting. I told them this and still refused to reimburse me. They have pictures the "damaged" reglets I returned as well as pictures of the second set of "damaged" reglets I received. Either the reglets are not really damaged as they claim or the "damage" is caused by improper packing on their part. Either way it should not be my problem.
