I have paid for boots I have not received. I have tried several times to contact them but no luck I have emailed them. I looked on the website and all it says is ready to ship they were ordered in JuneInitial Complaint

I ordered both boots on Jan 10th 2024 ******************* ankle boots Red size 9 $24.99, I received a gigantic size with no size appearing on them.The other pair: canvas cowboy style high heel boots, blue denim color 2- size 41. They are not as described.I've reached out 3x with no response. Expiration time to return for refund was April 29th. Since they have not responded should still receive the full refund for both pair. They were ordered on Jan 10th, paid on Feb 2nd, and didn't receive until Mar 28th.(SUPER LATE) So poor quality, wrong size, no communication, no way to return them by there site, not receiving them in time for my special event, having to wait on my money and hours of time spent on going through this reaching out and typing hundreds of words AND the worst part is I've spent my valuable time on this issue that is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET BACK!!! On march the sixth I ordered a pair of black fringe boots The roots look of high quality on the website, right? So I went ahead and ordered them for like $69 but I had to pay a delivery fee which I paid. I kept checking to see if my boots had chipped but they hadn't so after a couple of weeks, I asked for my money to be refunded and bought the boots from a different. Vendor that had my boots here within a couple of days.I asked this vendor not to ship the boots because I bought from a different vendor that didn't have such a Long Wait time. Not once not twice but 3 times I requested a refund.They always had excuses as to why they couldn't do that even though my item hadn't been shipped. Finally, after 6 weeks of waiting my item sno doubt, I was very disappointed because not only were the boots, not black, they were Gray, they also were of poor quality. The inside is plastic which is gonna make my feet sweat which is gonna make wearing them impossible. I've contacted them by email several times They want me to spend more money to send them to ***** well when I ordered it said. You're now, these things are coming from *****. Nothing that they advertise is what they say. It is and I would like a refund. If they send me a post a postage paid, I will send the boots back. But I'm not going to spend any more money on something. That is not only the wrong product but a poor quality product. It's ready when saying since the 1990.Initial Complaint

I purchased boots on January 30, 2024 and was informed it takes up to three weeks to receive. I received a tracking number that didn't work. I ultimately received the item on March 18,2024 and I sent an email asking for return procedures and was told I was out of the 30 day return period. Which is 30 days from the date received. I am unable to talk to anyone and I have not received any information on how to return the item which is no longer neededInitial Complaint

On 10/27/23 I placed an order from Shoe Me Honey for (2) pairs of lace up genuine leather boots in addition to an expedited shipping + product insurance fee the total amount was $132.91. The boots were shipped on 10/30/23 and were received on 11/23/23. The tracking #SDH0008664151 and the oder#****. The boots I received were not as pictured on the website and were not genuine leather. I called the number on the website was directed to an email address. On 11/25/23 emailed Shoe Me Honey requesting a refund and return labels to ship the item back, I also sent pictures of the item advertised on their website and pictures of the item I received. On 11/27/23 I received a reply to my email offering a 5% discount. I immediately responded that I wasnt interested in anything, except a refund and return labels. On 11/30/23 I received a response stating that there headquarters was based in the US/ CA but the warehouse and the returns **** was relocated to ***** which is not stated on the website. I was then offered 4 options: 1) a 10% discount on the purchase. 2) a 20% gift card for future purchases. 3) a 10% discount on next order. 4) to gift them to family or friends. I responded on 12/4/23 with pictures of there refund/return policy on the website, pictures of the product pictured on the site, product description on the site, pictures of the product I received and pictures of the contact number for the support team ************** which is now no longer in service. I also requested a refund and return labels again. I have yet to receive a response to the last email that I sent. The business has failed to provide the product as advertised on the Shoe Me Honey website or to adhere to their return/refund policy on the website. I have a record of all the correspondence, the attachments, the order, and the shipping notification information. I just want my money back and to return the falsely advertised product purchased. The website says they are in **********, come to find out they are in *****. I waited 3 weeks to receive the product. Once the shoes arrived, i quickly sent Shoe Me Honey an email that day requesting on how to return them and get a refund. They are NOTHING like what was shown in the picture! These are the cheapest shoes i have ever seen and wouldn't pay 5 dollars for what was sent to me, let alone $60 that i paid! The description and pictures are very misleading and the product shown on the website is nothing close to what i received. After weeks of waiting for an email response, they finally said that they would give me a 20% refund and i would have to pay for shipping. I don't mind to pay for shipping but I expect a 100% refund on the product they sent me for the amount i paid for it. This is a SCAM and i don't want anyone ripped off like i was.Initial Complaint

I ordered boots from this business for $81.90. Upon arrival the boots were not what was advertised, too large and smelled of oil and chemicals. The product is also made of a thin inadequate material, not sure but it smells very bad. I reached out to the business 7 times requesting a refund. The business has a standard email they send with the words, "we have received your request and we will get back to you in 1-2 days," which the business never does. There is no phone number for customer service to contact the business. I want a refund.
