I placed an order for protective equipment, including pads and a helmet. I did get an email that my order was being processed. No shipping notification. When I received my order the helmet is only a shell it has no padding at all and no liner. I cannot get in touch with anyone and have been sending emails and using the contact us link on my email receipt. The company has no phone number the one listed here claims to offer you a free gift. I want the padding and liner that is supposed to be in my helmet. It is absolutely useless without it. You cannot start a return on the website you have to use the contact us link. You cannot make a return unless you have an RA. Even though my pads are all complete I still cant use them because I have no useable helmet. I was sent an auto email to review my purchase and you cannot do that either. I thought this was a reputable company as several of our Local skateshops carry this brand. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and inability to get assistance. Order number ***** placed 6/28/23. This helmet is also supposed to have stainless steel hardware via the description on the website. It does not. Including photos of emails sent, receipt and empty helmet shell in box as received.Customer response

Complaint number ******** I filed a complaint yesterday morning because despite several emails I could not get in touch with Pro-Tec. They have an email link on your email receipt and one on the webpage that do not work that is why I could not get in touch. I sent one through the returns email link( which looks exactly the same as the contact us page) on the webpage and got a response immediately. ****** has corrected the missing padding for my helmet and gotten I.T. to correct the broken email links. She was also kind enough to send a new helmet as well. She said she couldnt read the complaint when BBB sent it to her. This claim has been settled and Pro-Tec was fantastic.
