Purchased an expensive item in March 2022 for my sons birthday. By may it needed a new part and new wheels. They sent the new part but told me the wheels weren't covered. Which is crazy since it wasn't even 2 months. But I wasn't going to argue with them and was willing to buy them. I've had to send multiple emails to even get responses. Then I was told the wheels were on back order. I was told they'd be in before the holidays.... which is a really long time. It's February now and they're still on back order. My son can't even use his ride on that I spent almost $500 on. No one will return emails and you can't call because their number doesn't work. Absolutely insane! At this point, I'd like a full refund to buy my son another ride on that he can actually use.
