With tire balance and alignment. No other tire option or price discussed was offered I had to ask about it. When I asked about the size ******* claimed it will last longer. I searched it up and asked again and he admitted he was wrong and thinks one of his workers is high. ******* and his team change the tires again and put on 225/45/18 which still dont match the official Pirelli website and ******* guarantees they will last. I was refused the ones recommended on the website which were the 235/40R18 for a ***** Civic Sport 2019 and told the other ones were better. The price came out extra because I didnt use their Kafene lease program. It went from about $1,100 to $1,200. The place is unsanitary and unprofessional I will never go back and want my money back to replace the tires I got. I also never got my alignment or wheel balance just because they were pressuring me on how those were the right tires I just wanted to leave so I paid.
