      The products I receive is not as described. I was supposed to get a human hair with and it is obviously a synthetic doll hair wig and also it is very small made for a child. I contacted you nice to return the item for for refund, but no one has contacted me for a return label to their company for my refund and is getting close to the 30 day Refundwindow.

      I ordered a wig from the company, when I received the wig it looked nothing like the advertisement. I tried it on it was too small and the knots were over bleached and is a bit orange down the shaft of the hair. I immediately sent an email to the company requesting a return label, as they advertise 30 day free return. They replied once asking for pictures of the wig. I sent pictures and have not received a response or the return label. I have reached out several more times and still no response

      I purchase a wig from a company that goes by the name Unice on 05/05/2024 In the amount of $115.34 and they charged me twice. They also canceled my order claiming insufficient funds. My order number is UM657238354743662877 I did attempt to contact them via email and phone no response. My account is now in the negative and I not only need but want my money back.

      Hi purchase two wigs on February the 4th set up payments through zip pay two payments have been taken off my card for $45 and some change still have not received the merchandise try to track the tracking number that they gave me was unsuccessful can't get anybody on the phone they say it's a texting service and still there's no reply but zip payment is still trying to charge my credit card $45 for the payment arrangements that were set up but I still don't have my merchandise so I stopped the payment on the credit card

      This company will not stay sending me their ads 3 or 4 times a day. I have blocked them and reported them and its done no good. I am just sick of it. They need to stop. Im a beautician and I will never ever want a wig

      I ordered a wig off unice and i got weird messages about my wig and then a email with phone numbers that dont work, i can not get a hold of them. They wont give me a refund or give me the wig so its all a mess ive been trying for a week today to contact them and nothing.

      I purchased a product from this company and it arrived 1/26/24. The product was not as described so I asked to return the item. The company emailed me a label to return item and it was mailed back to them and received by them on 2/5/24. After they received the item they no longer responded to me emails and have yet to refund me the amount is $145.73. They have kept the returned item along with my money and will not respond to any of my multiple emails. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

      Can someone please help me I never received my order from UNice . The order # is UM639614036379572680. I called **** and they advised me to call the company **** has it as being delivered but I never received my package . I check all around outside my home and no package was found. I have paid your company over $376.38 for my order and I never receive the package. Im not sure what happened to the package but I would like to request a refund since I never received the merchandise that was shipped Please call me **********

      January 11, **** I purchase a wig from this company, I received a text confirming my order, along with a email as well as confirmation once my order was completed. The money was deducted from my account. It advised my order will be shipped 3-5 business days. I woke up the next morning to an alarming emails requesting $93.00 a remaining balance. I do not owe this company any balance and the product should be delivered and the price that was displayed on their site , confirmed, and charged needs to be honored. I am I business owner myself Ive priced items at **** before in error and guess what a customer got a free pair a jeans. The customer should not be punished for a companies wrong doing. The details were directly on their website I got a text went to look at the deals seen one I liked and made the purchase. This is very unprofessional and insulting. Order No. UM630766315178694586

      I purchased goods from a company name Unicehair.com, I got the product and the first time I installed on my head and started to brush through it , hair just keep coming out , I paid over $200 and the hair just continues to shed , I cant use the hair because its shedding everywhere I mean its all over my house by the end of the night, I contacted the company and they stated I can return it but I been waiting over a month now and still havent received a return label, I was scammed by this company with false advertisement
