DO NOT ORDEr FROM THIS COMPANY. TheY DOUBLE CHARGED my card for the same order except the 2nd charge was without the discount. $184 extra was charged to my card. I ordered two dresses and there is one I would also like to return due tomorrow the fit. I have emailed them about the double charge and a return and absolutely no response. WORST company ever. First time purchase and I order 1 dress in 2 sizes...I did not like the fit and the company refused to accept a return or even an EXCHANGE! These are brand new, unworn items. This company is a complete scam! DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a fur jacket from them 30 days ago, and in 1 month I have never received a tracking # or a shipping update. When I contacted customer service via email about refunding me, they simply sent me a blanket refund policy and are refusing to refund me. I have unfortunately had to contact a lawyer, and will be suing for damages. Any company that does not have a live customer service phone # is a red flag--this surely falls under that umbrella. First and foremost their customer service is horrific. Their items are low quality and trying to return anything is a huge hassle, which seems intentional. I have ordered 6 different dresses (2 separate orders) from them and every single one was low quality. When trying to discuss my concerns with customer service, they offered no apology or attempt to make it right, refusing to refund me despite having the items back in their possession unwashed and unworn. Poorest quality $100 dresses I have ever seen I have no clue how this business is still running. Their quality control is non existent and their return process is garbage. I agree with the scam comments, I think they pose dresses to look awesome, send customers garbage ones that are see through, poorly sized, and just crappy & then make their bank with the return fees and just repeat the process. They are constantly "out of stock" but in reality I think that just plays into the cam of the site. Please save your money and don't fall into this money pit.Selfie Leslie Response

If I could give no stars I would SCAM SITE . Ordered a dress for my daughters graduation. Said it was deliver never received it . still waiting . selfie . at this point they said that we have tl wait 15 days to have any sort of solution . well by that time her graduation will be over contacting my bank today to let them know that this company stole $98 from me with no product in return. warning other people never order from this site !Review from Caroline O

SCAM SITE! Do not order from this site! Thank GOD I read all these reviews before wasting my hard earned money on a dress for my daughters graduation! Their customer service does not align w/ someone I will EVER do business with! So glad I saw all these reviews & read all their fine lame print prior to providing my CC info and canceling. They have the absolute worst return system. I ordered one week ago, have 3 weeks for them to receive my return, but you have to have a long email string with customer service before they will even give you a ** code.I am extremely stressed about getting my money back. Selfie Leslie, if you see this, pelase expedite my return and get me the ** code ASAP!!!
