              5/11/2021 I took my truck into San Luis Obispo location because the high speakers were cutting out. After working on it all day, problem was not resolved, charged $132.07 with a future credit of $60. Angel, store manager, suggested putting a "loaner" deck in the truck to see if it would fix the problem and charged me a deposit of $125, which I was told would be refunded if the deck was not solving the issue and was returned. 7/9/2021 I returned so that Lombards could take out the deck and issue my refund of $125. Not only did they charge me $85 to switch the deck out to my old one without advising me of that first, they refused to issue my credit card back the $125 deposit. I would like my full deposit back. 5/11/21: $60 credit 5/11/21: $125 deposit for deck which was returned on 7/9/21 Credit due is $185 which I would like refunded to my Visa.
