I purchased this material during 4th of July sale. I received material on 7/15/24. False advertising, they state on their site that they repurpose, repair, authentic LV bags. However, they make their bags out of LV material and claim they are not associated nor sponsored or endorsed by LV. I paid over $600 for material that is not authentic, refurbished, repurposed, nor repaired. They will not reimburse, they will only credit for an upgrade which means I will have to Pay almost $1000 for another counterfeit bag.Initial Complaint

This bag was purchased for $600 approximately for Christmas present. By February the bag was cracking and pieces breaking off of the trim on the bag. I reached out to the company for a repair and they respond that the bag looks like someone or something bit the bag or I intentionally damaged the bag and my repair would cost an additional $300 at my cost. I find it completely appalling that I am being accused of this,The bag has been used less than 2 months nothing bit the bag and the piece missing is because the leather is extremely hard and once cracked stated falling apart which makes me believe that it is either fake or not made properly it also had a funny order to it when unpacked. I either want a refund and I will send the bag back or a repaired for free. I have purchased several items from them as well as family members and none of us have ever put in a complaint or issue with them. Please assist me with this as it was a gift and $600 for this one item is not a cheap purchase. Please see the photos and response from the company on this matterInitial Complaint

Vintage boho is making bags from fake LV or Gucci canvas. This is super illegal!! They advertise that they’re real, but they’re just leather bags they make and glue LV canvas on. I’ve purchased a couple real LVs through them and they came with canvas cracks and tears and a horrible smell. The company does not issue refunds and will not call you back. They’ve been sued several times- I don’t understand how they’re still in business. She moved the “business” to Puerto Rico so she doesn’t have to pay Cali taxes. So the IRS might want to look into that too. They are a super shady company.Initial Complaint

I sent an order back and the company is refusing to give me a refund which is what I asked for.. I even paid extra to ship the bag back and they still refused to give me a refund even though they are reselling the bag I sent back.. They are trying to make a double proof on this one bag and that is just robbery.. That should not be allowed.. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they just refuse to give me a refund even though they have the bag back .. They tried to give me a store credit which I told them from the get go I did not want a store credit and I wanted a refund.. But they are still refusing to give me a refund even though they are not losing any money by giving me the refund because they are already reselling the bag I sent back ..Initial Complaint

Several vintage bags and wallets were purchased from Vintage Boho during the Christmas holiday of 2022. The bags were gifted and when they were opened in in March of 2023 we noticed the the damages in the liners of the bags and the smell of mold. We reached out to the company which claims to be in the refurbishing of real high end brands such as Louis Vuitton, and other high end designers. I reached out to support with the initial complain of the mold smell, and the stains. They only referred me to the website and declined to take the goods back. After much insistence with images they agreed to take them back for store credit even though I explained I would never purchased from them in the future ask the quality of the goods are substandard. For 3 of 4 items to be so stained, torn and damaged upon delivery. After several day of speaking with support and advising i would go to the Better Business, and attorney general their response was that have been sued and bankrupted before so they knew the attorney general's office would not take any matter in the issue.Initial Complaint

July 28th early flash sale, I purchased a bag. The money got taken out of my account immediately through PayPal. Although I did receive a confirmation from PayPal, I did not get one from the website. Seems fishy right? I decided to email all emails provided to inquire about my order confirmation directly from their site. Crickets- no response. After several demands of emails, Gloria got back to me 5 days later, and provided an order confirmation. I proceeded to ask for a shipment number, she says “oh UPS does not deliver to your address”. I said, impossible I receive packages every week from UPS. My sister placed an order July 29th, a day after me, day-of flash sale. She used my address for delivery and 4 days later she received her bag. I thought UPS doesn’t deliver to my address Gloria?”. I placed the 2nd order on August 5th. Today is August 16, 2022, no shipment and no confirmation. After numerous of email and phone call attempts of asking for a shipment label, nobody has gotten back to me. Gloria is now on “vacation for a month”. My email, crickets. I am working with my banks to dispute this fraudulent company’s charges. And I will advocate to have these people be held accountable for false advertising and theft. Btw the bag smells horrible and the embellished diamond, broke when I opened the box. The strap, throws lint and is cheap quality. I don’t want any more products I just want my hard earned money back that’s all.Initial Complaint

I placed 2orders with Vintagebohobags.com. I never received any more information about my order status and there is no phone number to call them. I emailed customer service 4times with no response. They took their payment from me a month ago.
