I had a mammogram two weeks ago. Radiology and Associates informed me that I needed to return for an ultrasound (of my breasts). I scheduled the appt. I received a call from Jamie (an employee) that works for Radiology Associates, she said my appt was canceled because she couldn't get the work order from my primary care dr. She told me I should contact my dr and try to get the work order to their office ( I need to do her job) meanwhile, I have a health issue that needs to be addressed. A doctor must do an ultrasound of my breast. Thus, these appts. are made three weeks in advance, not only was mine canceled but now I am waiting for Jamie to get the proper paperwork over to the correct doctor's office. She stated she attempted many times prior to today but my primary care dr office said she made one attempt as of today. I asked for a manager but was told there was not a manager in the office. ( I have saved the voice message from Jamie confirming this information).
