I decided to go with Ramsy after talking with J** ******* who said they gua****eed their work. When the drive was done it was a mess, it was crooked and high in some spots and low in others. I called them back to make the changes and to correct some places. They came out and used a saw and ground the asphalt down which left three large white spots and a large area that is very pitted and looks like my old driveway. I called to have them make the errors correct only to find out Joe Robledo is no longer with company. Months later they send a man named G**** out to take some pictures and he would get back to me. When he did get back to me, it was to say they would be a seal coat on the driveway and I would have to pay for it.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The drive does not look correct, when they came out and grinded, they left three large white spots plus an area that is very pitted looks like my old driveway. And when it rains water still puddles on the driveway. I understand that I can contact the state board for contractors. I’m not sure how to go about this, they wanted me to pay over $800 to seal coat and I am not in the position to do this nor do I want to pay them anymore money.
Regards,
C******** ******n

I totally understand your view, but you have to understand when it comes to building a road you may see some imperfections in the surface. However; rest assured you got a very good quality job that with time will all grey out very nicely. I am sure you would agree that everything now is starting to oxidize and blend nicely. We are not trying to sell you on a seal coat because sealing at this point isn’t necessary. In four or five years sealing the surface will be required. In the meantime the quote you have is for our cost, so I will honor that quote when you decide to seal the surface. Furthermore, keep in mind your job is still covered by our three year war****y.
Stay in touch and let us know if there is any other way we can be of service ??????
