I purchased product that never arrived. I filed fraudulent charges with my credit card company and Aromatic fought it even though they never sent me my product. I ordered this shower aromatherapy system as a Christmas gift but it never received it. The company's contact info, email, phone number is not in service. Ordered on November 16, 2022. I placed an order for a product on October 16th, 2022. I have not received what I paid for (they took the money our of my account right after I ordered), and they have not given me what I ordered. I have contacted the company several times (through e-mail and ******** messenger) and have had no response. Order for 2 Shower Starter Kits placed on 12/04/2022. Email confirmation of order sent by Essio on 12/04/2022 - order number *****. Payment transaction completed on 12/05/2022 for $71.98 for SP AROMATEC **** DDA PIN POS PUR ************************************* CA#********* I have sent 5 emails requesting shipping/tracking information. None have been responded to by Essio. Online website account information shows order ***** placed, paid in full, and yet status remains "unfulfilled".I would like my order fulfilled, but it appears that will not happen. I ordered on 10/17 and received an email that my order was received. As of today it has not yet been fulfilled and no response to my email to check on order. I placed an order with this company close to a month ago. It has not shipped and they will not respond to emails asking for any information.
