      Bought 3 paintings on February 1, 2023. have 3 issues:1- first painting I returned at my expense, and I have the tracking that it was delivered to the artist. ******* art refuses to acknowledge.2- 2nd art needs to be returned. ****** art will not return my emails and phone calls to set up a return. I actually have an email with them saying, "you are sending too many emails." ( see attached)3- 3rd painting was canceled on Feb 14 ( email attached). Sacchti art mailed it anyway on Feb 22 to be delivered Feb 24. I will refuse delivery. Please help.

      We are very sorry for the delay in the response to this complaint. Saatchi Art was not aware of this complain to the Better Business Bureau. 

      We are so sorry for the issues with your order US100881918 back in February. All three pieces from the order were refunded on March 2, 2023 for a total of $5,627.22 back to your form of payment.

      We assure you that this issue has been addressed with the agents handling our order as this is not our typical service we provide to our clients.

      We apologize again, please let us know if there is anything further we can do to make the situation right.

      I ordered a piece on June 19 for ***** The pickup date of June 29 was confirmed with the artist on June 20 and I was charged immediately (even though it wasn't expected to ship for another 10 days). Needless to say June 29 came and went and the piece was never picked up/shipped. What is worse is I was the one that caught it on July 10. Saatchi should be COMPLETELY responsible for following up on orders to ensure their independent artists ship the works they're making a commission off of. I've now followed up with customer service 3 times with only one response that they would "check in" with the artist to find the status. At this point, and at the pace and service level in which Saatchi is operating, the piece will not arrive within the time frame needed for the remodel. Overall: terrible customer service; charging you for an item before shipping from the seller has been confirmed; zero follow up or compensation for the failures on Saatchi's end. Order #***********

      Hi,

      Saatchi Art unfortunately did not see this complaint and we are very sorry. The matter was resolved back in July through our customer support team. We are so sorry for the grievances from the order.

      The artwork delivered on July 29th, and the artist unfortunately mis-wrote that the work would come in a crate, but instead came in a tube. We refunded the client $135 for her to get the artwork stretched. 

      Please do let us know if there is anything else further we can to do make this order right.
