      I placed an order for Father's *** on March 26, 2020. According to my order, it was due to ship within 3-4 business days as per the website. According to my invoice, the actual ship date is June 6, 2020. I first contacted them on June 5th to get an order status. I received a reply that they have been overwhelmed with normal order volumes and they are actually taking ***** days to product. I sent several more emails again to be told that due to Covid, they are taking longer than normal. (total of 7-8 more emails). I tried calling, but was forced to leave a voice mail and never received a call back. Today, I finally spoke to a live person and was told that as of today, I am passed the 14 maximum and my order should ship today and I will receive a tracking number but worse case scenario it may ship tomorrow but that was worse case. I was offered a refund of my order but since I can not get these prints anywhere else and they are a special gift for a special father, I asked for a refund of the shipping because of the delay. I was told they could not refund the shipping. I then asked if they don't ship out tomorrow, then what do I do and I was told to call back. I asked if they do ship out, how long before I receive them and I was told **** business days. OMG I explained that these shipping issues need to be relayed to customers before purchase. I would have NEVER purchased knowing it would take so long to print (not hand paint) a picture and put it in the mail.Product_Or_Service: Prints Order_Number: *******

      I ordered a high-resolution photograph from Fine Art America and the product I received was so low-resolution it looked more like a dull pencil drawing that does not resemble the item posted on the *** web site. The company refunded the price of the item, but refuses to return my $13.95 shipping fee. I would never have ordered this item if I'd known it wouldn't look like the artist's original photograph and have indicated this to ***. The customer support person (who I think is the manager) refuses to reply to my emails asking for the return of my shipping fee, after they told me they would "refund (me) in full."Product_Or_Service: Bouquet 01 by ***************************** Order_Number: *******

      I ordered metal prints on or around Sept 4. The website stated that the order would ship in 2-3 business days. After 10 business days I contacted the company and they said orders were delayed. I contacted the again after 3 weeks and they said it shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking info states that it has been in ******* since 9/25.       I made an online order to Fine Art America for two face masks and two framed prints on 6/20/20. I was charged for the entire order on that date. After a few weeks, they still had not shipped my framed prints and I called to inquire the status of the shipment. The projected shipping was supposed to only be about a week so I canceled the order. They did indeed refunded the money for my prints but not for the shipping which was charged at $37.95. Some of that $37.95 was for shipping the face masks but I should not have to pay for shipping of prints I did not receive. I called Fine Art America, I filled out an online complaint and emailed them twice about this and they have not refunded my money yet. I did tell them I would complete a complaint with the BBB if they did not respond to me which is where we are now.Product_Or_Service: shipping dispute Order_Number: *******

      I am unable to access my web site on their platform. I have made numerous calls and emails to no avail. I have talked to their so called customer service, but they say they can not help the artists on the site only the people buying art. Their password retrieval system never emails me the promised new password. I have not heard from them since October 2019. I do not know if they are making sales and sending the money to someone else or keeping it themselves or not making sales. I wanted to change some of the pictures on the site and have no longer any access. No reply to calls or emails. I am beyond myself with worry.Product_Or_Service: *** services

      The seller claims to have issued me a full refund of my purchase in USD but it came in as CAD. They claim they have issued a full refund of $****** USD and $60.26 USD while it has come into my PayPal account as ****** CAD and $60.26 CAD so clearly it is incorrect. I am unable to resolve with them as they are unwilling to have a phone call for me to walk them through the math. I have spoken to a few PayPal representatives and they have confirmed that the refund amounts have come in as CAD. I am unable to escalate to my credit card company as the period for me to do so has lapsed as Fine Art have continued to delay responses purposely for this exact reason.       This business did a print job for me and all of the items in my order were printed with the wrong colors (I got a ** Flag with hot pink stripes instead of red stripes). All 3 items in my order are not what I ordered based on the pictures in the website. I provided pictures when asked and they have since ignored all communication over the phone and by email.
