This site does not understand how to be a business. Lexus CHOSE a car for me. It was spoken to all of us by an elderly man who walked inside the room. He said this is for you. See how it sits high? I spent two 8 hour days inside the room answering questions, signing papers and asking to see and read the manual. in 2 days I was told by a worker how to open the gas tank & open the trunk. The worker sat in the passenger seat- found a large blue hard cover book under his seat (not in the glove compartment). Then Held it in his hands for one second & quickly put it out of site. I could not find the manual and he had left me to take the car home without ANY written document or paper saying I had a 3 year lease on that car.. But Lexus had my money. I drive the car to my home, less than an hour. The car when parked started beeping, the truck opened & froze open. I could not reach the top of the trunk to close it. Neighbors ran over to help me. We all called the police, triple Abusy traffic time. This incident put me and the car in danger & wasted my time. I have driven in *******, **, ************** easily and now drive a rental. But Lexus says their UXh is still my car. Please help us customers to find real businesses..

**** and **** ******** wanted to run my credit even though l've been approved with my credit union for more than the amount of the vehicle. Acted like total ******. Wasn't able to get a simple quote unless they ran my credit. They said no purchase order unless I took it tonight and didn't even want to show me the numbers prior to making that choice. Definitely need a ****** in sales and customer ********************** which is the bare minimum.They had no form of etiquette, didn't even offer water.They rushed us even though they were the ones that knew that they were closing already. Why even let customers come if the sales rep are going to be in a bitchy mood lol.They lacked customer **********************, too much back and forth with sales associate and sale manager. **** being a "sales manager" and **** ******** being a mediocre sales rep.
