I went to ***** to get a service done. This was the 8th time going to her business. I agreed to a service and she added another service without my consent or informing me. This is how the story started. She was running an hour late. She rushed my service. She ended up putting a little bit to much product on one side of my jaw. Her exact words were "I put a little bit to much product on your right jaw let me even it out" Then I thanked her. She walked me to the front and had her manager cash me out. To a surprise ***** dollars! I mentioned this has to be a mistake. She took advantage and over charged me. I never agreed to an extra service. She never informed me legally that she was doing another service. She charged me for putting more product on my right jaw to even her mistake **** charged me excessively wrong. She didn't even say " I will add another procedure" That is unethical and wrong. I was in a rush to work since I was now running behind and signed the receipt. I told her manager I will deal with this later. I didn't want to argue or run late to my client because I myself run a business. On top of this nightmare my face was twitching for two months. She offered me 700 dollars worth of free botox. I declined and wanted a refund for what she over charged me. I have a finance business major. To tell your customers you have been very generous is not an excuse to not give them a refund. If you made a mistake take it as a loss don't charge your customer. You give specials as incentives to your customers. Thats something you have control over. Thats unethical to say that to a loyal client who never asked you for a discount to begin with. It is wrong that the owner ***** took advantage.
