On 07-16-23 I ordered a e-bike from bandit bikes. On 10-11-23 the bike was delivered by Fed Ex. the shipping box was damaged along with the bike inside. On 10-12-23 I contacted Bandit bikes and sent them photos of the damage. I had two follow up calls and ****** agreed to refund $****** back on my Discover Card. On 10-31-23 I contacted Bandit bikes again and spoke to ****** again. he sent me a refund notice for ****** on my text messages. On 11-04-23 I sent them a e-mail requesting refunds status. On 11-07-23 I again spoke to ****** requesting an update, he sent a second text showing a ****** refund. On 11-14-23 I called bandit bikes again when no refund posted. Hansel basically blamed Shopify their payment vendor. After no refund was ever issued I contacted Discover card and lodged a dispute for the ******.Initially Discover ruled in my favor, I sent the the two refund text messages Bandit sent to me.That decision was reversed when Bandit responded that they never heard of my issue and I did not follow proper procedure. I then reinitiated the dispute with Discover which is pending.On 12-18-23 I sent Bandit a e-mail with the chronological events of what has occurred requesting the issue to be resolved, NO RESPONSE.On Tuesday of this week I called Bandit Bikes at ************ which connected me to Hansel , we spoke about the un answered e-mail from the 18th, he asked me to forward that e-mail to ****************************** and to his e-mail ******************************** .I attempted a follow up call yesterday with NO REPONSE.
