    I bought swimwear online from a popular local store front in ***********. It took days to get an order status and delivery information. After almost a week of me following up, I received an email that the order was being looked for (they weren't sure where it was or the status), and that they'd write me back. After me inquiring 2 days later, I was finally sent shipping information. I received the product and needed to return it because nothing fit. I went to return it in person and learned all the storefronts are closed. There was no mention on their website all their stores were closed. I called the business phone # to see exactly how to handle the return since all their stores were closed. It took 5 days to get a response. The employee told me to just ship it back with the return form they included in the delivery. I shipped *** and got confirmation my product had made it to their return facility. I emailed 5 days later because I had not seen a refund. It took 4 days to get another response and the said they didn't get my return. I was shocked to learn this because I followed the instructions from the employee got the confirmation my product made it to their facility. I was then told after following up 4 days later that my return wouldn't be processed since they never received my product. I asked how this could happen and they said they just never got it. *** confirmed their usual driver had delivered it. The owner reached out and said there was nothing she could do, but she would try to check with her driver to see what happened. 5 days have gone by and I have heard nothing from the retailer. I'm concerned this retailer is selling product online when their stores have closed and they are unable to take customer returns safely. I've requested a full refund and they still have not gotten back to me. I'm reaching out to the BBB to get help to receive my refund.

    Never shopping here again. BE CAREFUL...YOU MAY NOT BE COMPENSATED FOR WHAT YOU RETURN. Swim suits are hard to fit and many sizes need to be tried on, especially 2-pieces. Canyon Beachwear's shipping and return policies are very costly to the customer. In any event, I decided to give it a try. I ordered 2 tops and 1 bottom, which looks 3 weeks to receive. When they finally came, I kept one top and returned the other pieces. I ordered another bottom the same day. I contacted them on their website and requested a return, and got instructions on how to ship the items. I shipped exactly per their instructions, verified the shipping access, and got tracking. The items were delivered two days later per the tracking. Their website states "please allow 3-5 weeks for your returns to appear as credits on your credit card". I thought this was ridiculous but I just waited anyway. After 4 weeks, no credit. I contacted them (no phone number, email only), and after 3 days they finally got back to me with "I am not in the office today. I'll be there later this week and ask around to see if anyone has seen your return". Really - is this the best you can do? Their shipping instructions specified a mailbox in ************, **. Does anyone trust the **** to correctly deliver goods to the correct mailbox? They've got to do better. Anyway, after this initial message, there were a few emails with me having to tell them what I returned (despite me creating the return on their website), and since then, crickets. No response. Is this even a legitimate business? Anyone can have a slick website these days but do not know how to run a business.
