This clinic tricks you into a $89/month subscription and keep billing you forever without any kind of notice. And when you call them to cancel, they claim that you have to show up in person to cancel. It's completely unreasonable that you have to drive all across LA to cancel a service in person and it's merely a tactic to extract more money from you. They owe me $623.Business response

********** went to The Joint Chiropractic -************* back in March 2022, and had signed up for a subscription for continued care. Immediately after the first treatment, he was experiencing pain and went back to the office back to cancel the said subscription. The office emailed him about the cancellation. However, I kept receiving charges to my card so he went back to talk to them. The office told him that his subscription was never cancelled, because there was no cancellation form filled out at the time of request -when in fact, they didn't offer him the form. So they said they'll talk to the manager, who is different from the time of his subscription. He hasn't gone back since March, and to this day we are being charged for the care he never received and made multiple attempts to cancel. I have had to put in charge disputes through my card company, and I will be following up with my card company to prevent any future charges that come through. This place is a pure scam, and they are not a responsible medical care/ business provider.
