I am filing on behalf of my mother. She paid this business for products and services she never received. Please see the timeline below:- 5/4/21: Paid $2590 for reservation to attend the Cancer Kicking Summit put on by Pink Lotus Breast Center in October 2021.- Unable to attend the event in October 2021 due to a relapse of breast cancer and needing to go to surgery again. Pink Lotus told her they could not refund the deposit, but could transfer the reservation from 2021 to the 2022 event.- 5/5/22: Paid additional $625 for myself and my sister to attend as well.- 5/10/22: Placed an online order for $229.06 through the online store, noted the order will be shipped in October 2022.- 9/26/22: Received an email that the 2022 event was cancelled (3 weeks prior to the event) and was notified that "If we do not hear from you, we will refund your existing purchase(s) for the 2022 event. Refunds will be issued between Sept 28 and Oct 5."- 10/11/22: Emailed that the items ordered in 5/22 had not yet been received.- 10/12/22: Received refund of only $625.- 5/31/23: I found out this was occurring and began calling Pink Lotus every day to obtain the full refund of the $2590 for the event as well as the $229.06 for the products my mother has still not received.- 6/27/23: After speaking with someone at the front desk nearly every day for a month, finally received a refund of $2590, however the refund of $229.06 did not come through. The website still notes the order is "Processing". Notified the company that my attorney would be getting in touch regarding the refund for the products my mother has never received. We still have yet to receive any products or the refund for this order placed 1.5 years ago. They are not giving any information and are withholding the refund that is owed despite my attorney contacting the business.
