    My initial experience with the subscription had been great for over a year. Quality products, no issues with charge dates, received accurate items majority of the time. I contacted them to do an exchange, they stated to keep the item that was too large to give to a ************* sent me the appropriate sized product for free - awesome! But the second time I contacted them, it was items missing from my order. They reported the items were out of stock, pick from others for free. Okay although I wish I wouldn't have been having to follow up with them, I think they should have notified me but not the end of the world. Unfortunately customer service got worse/has completely derailed. I next contacted them with questions around shipping date as I was moving & unsure if the subscription items would ship to my former address or new address as I updated my account close to shipping day. I didn't receive a response for over a ********* items shipped to my former address. I provided feedback that I thought the time it took for them to respond was unacceptable. Now I'm wondering if they then blocked my email? Last week, purchased a gift card & 1 item. Didn't receive the gc info. Emailed the support email. No response in a few business days. Tried calling the support line during working hours on week days but have only ever encountered automated message that they are currently unavailable. I ended up emailing 3 times about this as I never received the product either & never received a response. Thankfully my payment source refunded the order cost. Wish customer service would improve or frankly, even exist? I really like the subscription cost & products but now fearful of encountering any further issues because I'm worried they will continue to not respond. If it weren't for having the subscription successfully for years, I would think ***** is a complete scam these days. No customer service or ability to contact is unprofessional and worrisome.
