We bought our son a Black and ****** play workbench on Amazon and after a few weeks the drill sound and movement stopped working. We contacted the customer service who in turn directed us to this company. We have been going back and forth with them for a while, they keep asking for the same information over and over again, asking for videos, then saying they are unable to open them (standard videos taken with a ******* phone). They seem to be dragging this out as much as they possibly can.

My son received a *************** from someone (manufactured by Jakks Pacific) as a gift for his Kindergarten Graduation earlier this year. I've since had 2 issues with it. 1 - I had an issue with it not charging. That issue was taken care of very quickly by Jakks Pacific and they sent me a replacement. In June of this year, it stopped moving forward. The car will go in reverse but any of the 3 speeds to move forward and the car simply doesn't move.I reached out to Jakks Pacific and on June 2nd was told that it would need a replacement chassis and that they wouldn't be available until late August because of the item being on backorder and them awaiting a shipment. I reluctantly said OK and waited. Late August comes, and I reach out and ask when I could expect a replacement and I was told November. They said that the shipment that was due in August will not now be here until late november....3 months later. After already being told to wait almost 3 months from the issue being experienced in the first place. So now my son gets a gift earlier this yr, and when he FINALLY would be able to use it, it stops going forward. Then I'm told to wait 2.5 months to get a replacement, then another 3 months. At this point, I'd like a credit for the value of the Mario **** which is $399.99 + tax for me to go purchase a replacement. According to target, thats the price which can be seen here:***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

We purchased a *************** 24V ride on for Christmas for my son. The product was purchased at Target with order number *************. Within 3 months, the product completely stopped working. This is a $400 item, and it only lasted 3 months. When we contacted target they said we were just outside of their return window but to contact Jakks as it was their product. Ive emailed twice with no response. Clearly there is a quality control issue, as there are several reviews stating the exact same issue. The product works for a couple months, then completely dies. Its beyond disappointing for our 5 year old, as that was his only Christmas gift since it was such a big ask. Now, his only gift lasted a couple months and we are out $400 on something he barely got to play with. We never would have purchased had we known this was not a quality product that would last a long time. When I purchased the product, it had several good reviews but was a newer item so all the reviews were collected as a part of a promotion. Now that the product has actually been used not apart of the promotion there are several bad reviews complaining of the same issue we are having. I feel like the positive reviews were misleading, and Im extremely disappointed to have only gotten a couple months of use out of such an expensive product before it died for no reason. My son was riding and it just stopped. My husband believes the motor mustve burnt out as there were no battery issues. I would like either a replacement or a partial refund as I do not feel 3 months of use is fair for a $400 product that shouldve lasted much longer had it been built with quality materials. Thanks for your time.

On 12/26/22 I purchased a Ride on *************** from local ******** About 4 weeks later battery stopped charging and the wheels broke, so we were no longer able to use the car. I was notified by ******* that I needed to contact Jakks Pacific who is a manufacturer. I've been going back and forth with that company since March 2023. Last time we heard from them they told us we're on a waiting list for parts, it was in April. We haven't heard from them since and the toy we paid $330 for is stored unusable in our garage after 4 weeks of use. My RN# is ***** and the person I was dealing with is *************************. Please help us get the car repaired/exchanged.

Purchase date: 2-10-22 from ******** in ***************** I purchased a folding table with two folding chairs. The seat back of the chair has almost totally separated from the metal frame, which was attached with just glue. They want me to return the two chairs to them for replacement. *************************************************** I would expect the chairs to last at least a year maybe even longer. It's a strong product made of metal and plastic but the back of the seat was very inappropriately attached. I want 2 new chairs asap. I do not have $20 to mail back the chairs. PLEASE HELP ME, PLEASE. Thanks I have the receipt and warranty. I do not know how to attach documents. Please help me.

Alright to start any ************** toy or system everything has died or broken down within months I've just sucked it up and replaced etc. Well now the ****************************** was only purchased in May of this year ! And has stopped working entirely it syncs no issue but does not move or anything I tried to reach out to the makers to learn unlike any toy we've ever owned it has a 90 day warranty only never in my life have I got my kids toys with less than a year warranty which leads me to believe this company knows they are making faulty products so to save money they make a unrealistic warranty.... that being said I tried to reason with them and explain this isn't right and my kids toy doesn't work they didn't care one bit other companies even out of a year warranty have tried to make things right in some way ! I'm so heartbroken my kids toy doesn't work now I can't afford to get a new one this time like normal and this company doesn't care that they make faulty toys.
