The *** app is broken I'm not getting notifications of when a reward is added I have missed 20 or 25% off rewards before because of this and I'm transferred to *************** on the phone and they told me that I have to go back to the original phone number they won't give me an answer they keep playing mind games I need an answer today.Also I have lost $1 dollar Rewards as they will randomly disappear from the account just like the other rewards without being notified of when the reward is randomly added. I'm also not getting 30 or 40% in the mail like before and when I try to use the one that comes in the mail they said it doesn't work . Also there was a 20 to 30 minute delay of adding a reward today. Normally it is instant. Please fix your system. I've been having this issue for years.
