I first began using Quiziz in 2020. I cancelled the service. The company does not send confirmation emails after cancellation. I thought they were no longer charging my card. It turned out the company has been charging me since that time. The company acknowledges there has been no activity on the account but will not refund my money. They only reimbursed 2023.Business response

This user first reached out on 19th December, 2023 and no prior cancellation requests were sent to support. We have already issued a full refund for the previous transactions as well. Attaching the conversation for your reference.

I was CHARGED ****** to be a paid member of Quizzizz. I DID NOT authorize this payment and DO NOT have the funds for such a CHARGE. I would LIKE THEM TO PLEASE REFUND AND CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION.Initial Complaint

****** and i am a *********** Spanish Teacher. I use the free version Quizziz.com an online digital game. I was advertised a free 14 day trial of an advanced version of Quizziz. I registered and it asked me for my ********** debit card but was told i would not be charged the $12 per month. They lied. Quizziz charged me $144 without my authorization. I do not want this advanced version and i am requesting a full refund to my chase bank. If you refuse i will have the ***** ************************ of ******** Complaints investigate the founder of this Organization ( ********************* ) for fraud and have ********** file criminal charges also.
