My tablet has not been working on my bike. I have contacted them and all they do to resolve the issue is try to blame it on my internet not working, which clearly is not the issue. Instead of talking to someone on the phone to get the issue resolved, they send you an email about once every couple days. I haven't been able to use my bike in two weeks because of this poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND, get the peloton instead.Review from Bryce L

I ordered my MYX bike on 2/17/22 It arrived at the XPO logistics warehouse in Omaha on 2/25/22, over 170 miles from my home. XPO told me delivery was not possible until 4/17/22. MYX customer service was able to get the delivery date moved up. XPO tracking stated it would be delivered 3/17/22 between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm. XPO was a no-show/no-notification for delivery. They changed the delivery date to 3/18/22 with no notification/no delivery time. I have serious doubt they will actually deliver my bike tomorrow.Review from Craig W

I have had XPO logistics scheduled to deliver the bike on two separate occasions. Both times they called and told me they would be at my house in about thirty minutes. Both times they have failed to show up or have the professional courtesy to call and inform me that they were no longer delivering. Very frustrated and unsure of how to move forward as this lack of professionalism and common courtesy is concerning.Myx Fitness, LLC Response

Zero stars. I had to add one :(
Our MYX bike order on 1/15 was undeliverable due to to non working monitor upon delivery. XPO returned the bike to their facility and have documentation of such.
MYX fitness customer service agents over many days have claimed to have requested Tier 2 support for escalation and resolution. No responses from management. We have requested a refund and do not want a replacement bike. No responses regarding refund. No phone, No chat, no resolution.Review from Danelle

I placed an order for a fitness bike through MYX Fitness on October 16 and was originally scheduled for delivery by XPO Logistics on 11/23, rescheduled to 11/30 and 12/7 and again 12/14. XPO Logistics indicates it is due to COVID-19 and hospitalizations each time. Due to the COVID concern I've requested the full service set up be removed and the bike just be delivered to the front of the house. They offered a $50 gift card after the 2nd delay for my trouble which I've never seen and have little faith in the bike being delivered on the 14th. Since I order the bike through MYX I reached out to them to provide information related to the delivery issues and my frustration, they responded with an email summarizing the information I had provided via the email indicating delivery is scheduled for the 14th. This did not provide a guarantee or solution to the issue. Very disappointing service.Review from Ashley E

Ordered my myx bike on 10/4 being told I would receive an email within 1 to 3 weeks when my bike would be delivered. I have sent several emails as their phone number is no longer in service and have received no assistance other than that they are having issues with their delivery vendor. I have asked for a refund of the $200 delivery charge as we are now 35+ days past order. I just now received an email that my bike has been sent and I should have a tracking email. I have no tracking email and feel they are misleading people with their new campaign stating, "get the bike under the tree for christmas." There is no way anyone that orders now will be getting a bike before Christmas. Very poor serviceReview from Anna H

So many problems during the 16 months of ownership, including bike defects and major issues with the tablet and streaming service, which I pay $30.00 per month to have. Bike defects included oil leaks, bad belt tensioner (twice) and now occurring for a third time. Tablet defects included freezes and one tablet that simply stopped working and had to be replaced. Streaming is wholly unreliable. Every day me and my wife attempt to workout and about 75% of the time we get jittery streaming, major volume issues when used with earphones, freezing screens, connection problems and 'circles of death' and fuzzy/blurry playbacks. And no it's not my WIFI. My WIFI speed consistently hums along at 150mb/s download speeds, and higher on the upload speeds. I test the speed every morning prior to my work out. My experience has been so frustrating, but worst of all, customer support has decided I am no longer worth trying to help! After 6 attempts (or more now..I've lost count to be honest) reporting the issue to them, they don't even acknowledge me. They claim 24 hour response time, but I'm going on over 60 days and, as I said, multiple attempts to get customer support and not a peep from them. Wow! This is how Peloton just keeps adding customers and getting better.Myx Fitness, LLC Response

I ordered the bike and was told I would be contacted prior to delivery. I was contacted via phone and my bike was scheduled to deliver that week. Delivery day came and no call and no delivery. I sent an email and was told someone would contact me in 24 hours. Guess what? No one called. I sent a follow up email saying that no one had reached out to me so what should I do? Radio silence... I finally called XPO (their shipping company) and had a nice customer service rep find the order and reschedule the delivery date. Delivery day came and you guess it, no call and no delivery. I tried to call their customer service phone number and no one answers. I'm beyond frustrated. Adding insult to injury, I used their finance platform Affirm, to pay for the bike and they are ready to start taking my money on 10/22/21. So now I have to figure out how to not pay these clowns and not ruin my credit at the same time. IF you were on the fence about this product I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere.Review from Honesti W.

I cannot get any help. My screen keeps freezing. I have emailed 3 times & I have done every thing the email said to do! Nothing has fixed it or worked. IÂ’m going to stop payment!!
