Order number ***** I ordered the couples bracelets that you push and they light up and that isn't what I received. I received them I believe the 19th of January. I have sent 4 emails requesting the issue be resolved without contact back. I have explained the problem in detail in the email.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/03) */ Hello, Unfortunately I think you are confusing Brighter, inc. with a different company. Brighter, inc. was a ***************** company that was acquired by ***** Insurance in 2018. We do not and never have sold any goods to consumers. I apologize for the confusion, and hope that you find the correct company and get your refund or the item you ordered. Best of luck! This is the wrong company.
