I purchased a fantastic hair dryer a year ago - SRI's Dry Q (***********************************************************************). First, the hair dryer is the best I've ever had. It's quiet, dries my thick hair in 50% or less time, less frizz, etc. Love it! Last night, it fell and hit just right to crack the magnetic holder piece for the attachments (a really great feature, too). I was bummed because the attachments help me a lot smooth or straighten ...or, when I'm in the mood, diffuse. I emailed customer service to see my options, and they responded on a Saturday that all I needed to do was provide my shipping address, and they would ship the replacement piece to me. SRI is very responsive and provides helpful customer service, for which I am grateful. If you're looking for a perfect hair dryer, I highly recommend it!!Review from Susanna H

Mai from SRI was exceptional. By far THE BEST service experience Ive had in awhile. She focused on what she could do and helped me through the purchasing process. She upheld a promise and kept me informed every step of the way!! Email confirmations came through timely, accurately, and she waited to ensure they did. Called me back as promised. Just incredible service!!! Ive been a long term customer and this created even more loyalty if that is possible!!!!
