I placed an order on May 30, 2023 and I was charged for the items and I have not received any of it. I have left numerous emails and voice call messages requesting the status of this order and no one has replied.Initial Complaint

I place and order which took FOREVER to come/ (weeks!!) then half of my order is what I ordered. The other half is not what I ordered and I dont want it. Yet I was charged for the full order. Essentially- they gave me half my order and threw in half of something else hoping I wouldnt notice- yet charged me like I was receiving what I actually ordered. I have left 10 voicemails, emails, and ******** messages. No one will respond. You can see they receive my fb messages yet they dont respond. Quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life!! Unprofessional and super shady! Crooks!!Initial Complaint

The dates of the transaction are July 22, 2022 order ******* and total paid was ******* The other transaction was done on July 23, 2022 order ******* and total paid was ******* Please see attachment for receipt. I have never received either order. I tried contacting the business by sending a message on their website on two separate occassions (have proof for only one message) but I have never received a reply. I called the business on Friday (please see attachment) but no one answered, therefore I left a voicemail. I have not received a call back. I would like to get a refund for both orders and would like you to please help me with this. Thanks!Business response

I placed an online order with this company on July 23rd, 2022. I have not received my order or any information from them. I contacted them through their website, phone number and email to inquire about my order and received no response. I put an order in on ***** ** **** (order ***** I never received that order. I contacted them via an email address on their website about three weeks later. A few more weeks went by and a friend who recommended this company from me also never got her order. She filed a complaint and was contacted by a ***** ** ****** She gave me his email and I sent him a question about my order and never received an email reply. I sent another email to **************** in June. None of the three messages have received a reply. I love the product and I just want someone to reply to my emails so I can either get it shipped or get a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order two months ago and have not received it. I've reached out to the seller numerous times by phone and email to get an update but no one has replied either. Their website continues to advertise a clearance sale and friends and family discount that I believe might be a scam. I'd like to get assistance from BBB to get my money back.Initial Complaint

Placed an order - never received - have sent 6 emails on various days and called and left messages for customer service and have never received a call back. I still would like to receive the item. I'm a big fan of the product but the customer service has been unreachable for several weeks and I'm at a loss of how to come to a resolution without any response over several weeks, emails, and phone calls.Business response
