I have a newsletter with a company called ******** ******** It is for a newspaper called ************** Every Monday I send out a newsletter, however after 5 months into putting out this newsletter the ******** ******* and my ********** looks like an ************** ***** I have called and talked to this company at least 30 times since last year when the problem started. The company has problems with both ******* and ****** both of which I use. They do not put on their website that they have this problem, they blame the costumer, until you get someone who tells you the truth. Today I spent 5 hours on the phone to have them tell me they can not help and basically deal with it as they charge me $49.00 a month. I have lost over 400 dedicated readers to the newsletter and have these letters that look horrible sent to me as people tell me I am losing my reputation. It turns out ******** Contact was bought by Endurance International and now ********* Capital Group also located in *** ******** ****** Suite *** ***** ******, ** XXXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX I am seeking the problem to be solved or 2 years worth of ******** ******** due to loss of ********** my reputation ******* and work that was not *************

In my 60 years, I have never made a BBB complaint. However, I will make an exception now for Clearlake Capital Group / ******** / **************** **** / HostGator / *********************** Group (EIG). As their customer review rating of **** / 5 indicates; do NOT trust this company (s) in any business dealings. Furthermore, do NOT trust Capital One *********** services in dealing with ******** / **************** **** / HostGator / *********************** Group (EIG). I believe both these companies would be held liable for a class action lawsuit in their representations and dealings with their clients and their secret written contract between ******** (et. al) and Capital One. In short, what has transpired over the last 6 months between ******** / Capital One and myself has been extremely painful and frustrating. First, I tried ******** web hosting services 1.5 years ago for a month for trial period. I did not like the ******** services and found them unnecessary for my purposes. Second, Capital One had some problems with stolen information and I had a number of fraudulent charges, so I cancelled my Capital One credit card that I used 6 months previously with ******** and got a completely new card. Third, ******** continued to bill my NEW card and Capital One allowed them to do it because of a secret and unknown contract with ******** that gave them this ability. This automatic rebilling happened even though ********s contract language said that they can NOT bill to a new card, AND I had NOT used their services for 11 months. Any trustworthy company would have gladly issued a refund, NOT ******** / **************** **** / HostGator / *********************** Group (EIG). To add insult to injury, Capital One collected more than ********s renewal fees in late payment penalties and interest during the time of our disputed transaction. Needless to say, I have severed my relationship with both companies and hope to save any other Clearlake clients.
