I signed up for a class through the Passion Project formula with the understanding that there was a 30 money back guarantee. Also, it was in the intro material to look at the payment as a deposit. That if we werent satisfied he would still give ** our money back after the 30 days. The class wasnt what he promised. I asked for my money back, and was denied on the 30 day money back guarantee. I figured I would try and at least get my promised one on one call wthl the owner. Which he valued at $500 of the $997 that I paid. His assistant stopped replying to my emails. They clearly never had any intention on holding up their end of the agreement. I reached out to the owner personally. He never responded. Its been several weeks since I reached out. Taking somebodys money and not delivering is unacceptable in any business. I just want my money back. I dont care to use any of the companies services going forward.
