I was grossly overcharged to mail 3 small packages on August 7, 2023. They each weighed less than one pound. The owner never showed me the actual **** postage charged. I was surprised at the total cost - $101.90. NONE of these packages were sent Priority or Express.l. He told me they would be received in ***** days if I mailed them the cheapest way. I was shocked at the cost, but he knew I had to leave quickly for an appointment. He alsi manhandled contents I was placing in a box, wanting to,see the contents -'which were soft goods gifts for my son. The packages were sent to Milipitas, **, ********, ***************** **. I left Santa Monova for ******** where I discovered one of the packages, with a **** postal stamp of $5.00. I contacted my son in ********* who sent me a picture of his box - with postage labeled, $6.00. The other package tp **, I suspect was probably $5.00 as well, dur to the nature of the contents and size of the package. The owner never furnished an itemized receipt, only one with the total amount. There was no prices posted in the for services offered. I looked up the reviews of the merchant afterwards and found all negstove reviews, with the owner's nasty rebuttals following each. I feel I am a victim of fraud, and would like to be refunded all monies, minus the postage, or a total refund of the full amount. Furthermore, the owner should be reprimanded for his fraudulant behavior, legally and professionally. Can you help?
