      I have an account with ************************ username is thechxshirecat and the email associated with the account is ************************* I was notified on my iPhone my account information was compromised in a data breach, my passwords were compromised - Snapchat was one of them. I tried to change the password on my account with ********************. Immediately the Snapchat account glitched out and I have been unable to log on. Every time I attempt to log on I am given the message incorrect password no matter how many times I updated my password. I attempted to contact Snapchat directly to get this resolved because I am 99% certain my Snapchat account has been compromised. Snapchat replies to me and says my account is locked not compromised. Snapchat has refused to unlock my account for me and is unable to provide any reasoning as to why my account has been locked. I have reached out to Snapchat multiple times regarding this issue and they have rejected helping and with no explanation. Snapchat said they suspect my account of being locked due to a third party app. I can assure you I have not downloaded anything new on my phone at all and I have never used a third party app for Snapchat. Snapchats response-the use of a third party app on my account is even more concerning to me. I am scared the hacker is using the third party app on my account which is why I am not able to access my account now. I am unable to log on to my Snapchat account and I have been trying multiple times. I have attempted to unlock the account, change the password, and contact Snapchat multiple times. I am the sole owner of this account and have had it for many years without ever having this problem prior. I am worried about my personal information and saved photos on this account that has now been compromised and I am unable to access. I am hoping to get help to to access my Snapchat account again. I read the guidelines and I did not violate any - I believe it was the hacker.

      Hi basically not sure if you can help me Today but basically my Snapchat account has been banned/locked for 6 months and when i appealed to Snapchat to get my account unlocked they said my account was permanently deleted they then went on to say i have to contact you guys better business bearu i am wondering if you guys can help me get my account unlocked because it had important information on their such as personal photos of myself and my parents it also had personal photos of my religion when i took with my parents

      I contacted SnapChat to take down an account that I previously owned, that has my old contact info linked, because it has been hacked and using my Legal Name and they refuse to take down the account impersonating me

      I've been trying to delete my snapchat account permanently for weeks. Every time I log in to do so it locks me out of my own account for *************************************************************************** to answer a series of 10 consecutive visual puzzles correctly to verify that I was human and after passing them all it locked me out of my account.

      8/29/24 Snapchat wrongfully banned my device. I have had my account for years with no issues. I have never violated any guidelines or terms of service. Today I has used my snapchat like any other day but later in the day when I tried to use the app it showed me as logged off which was strange. I tried logging in and I got an error code and a message that my device was banned. The error code I got was SS06. I tried to get help through snapchat support but the person was no help. I am so upset about this because I know I have not done anything wrong. I would like a resolution asap as this is completely unfair.

      I received an email several months ago saying that I would be allowed to appeal my ban, when I went to where youre supposed to be able to appeal however there was no option to appeal, I emailed support about this several weeks ago but they never responded. While on this app there was several times I was sent d*** pics without my consent which I always reported and Snapchat did nothing and instead banned me for calling them out on my story which I wouldnt have done if they just actually took action to ban those people.

      I got banned for no reason on Snapchat. I went to sleep around 1 oclock woke up around two trying to log into my Snapchat. I look onto Snapchat and its me logged out so Im thinking somebody logged into my account so then Im looking up ways I get in my account and then come to that device in account is in there, no reason why my account is banned account 2017 and I spent $30 on there.

      My device was unfairly perma-banned, even though I never violated Snapchat?s TOS. I posted a video on my story and tagged my friend, whose username is something along the lines of shrooms420. As a result of this, Snapchat perma-banned my device for violating their Drug Content Policy. My friend?s account or device received no penalty. This was in September 2023, and since then I have reached out to Snapchat Support on multiple occasions, who failed to assist me with the matter. All I ask is to have my device unbanned and the ability to create a new account .

      So I have been device banned on ********************** for no apparent reason for supposed commercial sexual content I have appealed this ban but it was not accepted. I would like to be unbanned because I believe I have not done anything wrong on this app. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
