I am writing to file a formal complaint against eMastered, a company that has engaged in fraudulent and deceptive practices, resulting in unwarranted charges on my account. My experience with eMastered has been nothing short of a financial nightmare, characterized by relentless billing despite my repeated attempts to cancel their services.Over a year ago, I made the mistake of subscribing to eMastered, hoping to utilize their audio mastering services. However, I quickly realized that their services did not meet my expectations, and I never once used their platform. Despite this, I have been charged a monthly fee of $17 without consent or usage of their services.My attempts to rectify this issue have been met with utter frustration. I have contacted eMastered's customer support numerous times, requesting cancellation and a refund for the unauthorized charges. However, their customer support team has been unresponsive and ineffective, failing to address my concerns adequately. Despite assurances that my subscription would be canceled, I continue to be charged month after month.The practices employed by eMastered are not only unethical but also border on fraudulent. It is evident that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, resorting to underhanded tactics to extract money from unsuspecting consumers like myself. The fact that I have never utilized their services further underscores the deceptive nature of their business model.I demand immediate action from eMastered to cease all unauthorized charges and refund the entirety of the funds they have unlawfully taken from my account. Additionally, I expect assurances that my subscription has been canceled permanently, and I will no longer be subject to any further charges from their company.Initial Complaint

I canceled my free trial and I am still getting billed. They are deceptive. They list monthly plans under a "monthly billing" tab but it is actually for a year. The "cancel plan" link doesn't work. I have been getting billed month after month for a service I do not use. I have emailed them and they refuse to cancel my plan.
