Got a pre-approved loan from my credit union bank and went to purchased a car from them and they still processed the loan from their bank with high interest rate WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and WITHOUT INFORMING ME FIRST! Just found out about it after my bank told me that I already have a loan from the dealerships bank. Now my monthly payments and interest are high and the dealership doesnt care or even have the decency to talk to me about it.Review from Brian W

My daughter purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz C300 in mid-April of 2021 and agreed to purchase SAFEGUARD and AMERIPLUS protection plans for an additional $1,376. When no contracts arrived, we contacted both companies who had no record of the VIN for the car or for her by name!! After numerous phone calls, an in person visit where I was given some BS excuse and an offer of a pro-rated refund she still does not have any resolve! As I see it they have stolen the money from my daughter who basically paid $1,376 above the agreed price. Thank God I didn't go back to buy a GLS63 for myself Shady, second rate, used car con men at best which seems to be the theme of the reviews on this site. Iman and Harry are two guys you should steer well away from!! Next step TBD,

Hello, it's unfortunate that you experienced challenges with communication, though we are aware of your concerns: The GAP product was cancelled, and payment is sent to the company that your daughter financed the vehicle through. The SafeGuard theft protection product cannot be cancelled at this time. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.Customer Response

OK, I have noted your response and you can be of further assistance. Two things to finish this.
1. Please send me confirmation of the amount credited to CHASE (the bank YOU used to finance the vehicle). As I have told Harry and Iman on several occasions there has been no credit to her account as of today 1/13/22. Do you recall on 10/7/21 I came to your store when Harry gave documentation that a credit of $707.02 would be issued for the GAP insurance? Would you like copies of that document?
2. If the SAFEGAURD protection program cannot be cancelled please send me a copy of that contract, we would be quite happy with that however after contacting SAGEGAURD three times since she purchased the car they have no record of a) the VIN number b) by name c) by ss# d) of a transaction with Major Motors for this vehicle!!!
Do the right thing and sort this out!
