    After a series of back and forth due to trying to overcharge me over $1500.00 on my initial visit, they convinced me that they would fairly work with me. So, I leased a car from them and3133 miles later, one of the main safety features on my car works when it wants to. When I called the service department about this issue, the representative told me to bring the car in. Really? As if I could repair the issue myself. Only thing about taking the car in for my problem, there is not a technician to diagnose the car a Saturdays. After receiving such discouraging news, I hung up and fired out an email that was not never answered by them. I left a message for the salesman who sold me the car and of course, not a response. They just didn't care. So, I contacted Subaru of America, and they jumped right on my concern. First, they sent their sincere apologies and stressed to me that they were sorry for the less-than-ideal customer service experienced **********************. I They advised me that they would contact the dealer and for me to a advised them when I would take the car in for the issue that the car was having. Now that Subaru of America contacted them, they have discovered the common courtesy to give me a call. How sad?Still, I have not received an apology from Subaru of Santa Monica.I am writing this so that others will know just how this dealership treats their customers, and the quality of cars that they are selling to the public.I would not suggest that anyone patronize this place. Why wouldn't there be a technician working on weekends? People with car payments usually have jobs and or not available through the week. It is sad that Subaru dealerships are so far and in between one another. I am nearly forced to deal with this place.
