I ordered Intrivo's On/Go Covid-19 tests because it promised that they would be delivered by December 31, 2021. This was a time-sensitive purchase for me. When Intrivo hadn't even shipped by that date, I purchased similar tests elsewhere and asked Introvo to cancel the order. Introvo refused to cancel the order that it wasn't able to timely fulfill, later sent the tests anyway, and then also refused to allow me to return them.Initial Complaint

In late December my husband and I felt off and searched everywhere for Covid tests but they were unavailable. I have purchased through Walmart.com before and looked there. We found On/Go Covid tests available and they were advertised as 2 day shipping. We placed that order on ******** ***** ***** Order #XXXXXXXXXXXX Days went by. Our order finally arrived on ******* **** ***** I had ordered 3 test kits and when I opened the package there were only 2. These were pricey at ****** each so I called the Walmart.com customer service immediately upon opening. I was told that Walmart could not do anything because this was a 3rd party seller so they would contact Intrivo on my behalf and I would hear back within 3 days: "Customer Order Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXX Reason for Contact: Return/Replace - Item Missing from Box Item name/number: On/Go COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test - Tech-Enabled, At-Home Covid Test (OTC)- Results in 10 Minutes - 2 Test ***/XXXXXXXXX" I have yet to hear back from Intrivo. Furthermore I was angry to see that the expiration date on the two boxes that I did just receive say that they expire on ******* ********* This is unacceptable. Looking further into this I am seeing a lot of very bad reviews of similar accounts on this company and they need to be held accountable. At this point I want my money back and am not even sure that I trust these tests alt all.Initial Complaint

Due to recent Covid outbreaks, we were shopping around looking for quick shipping of at home rapid tests. We came upon Intrivo's On/Go at home tests on Walmart's website with quick shipping of 3 days. We ordered on 12/28/21 and were supposed to receive the tests on December 31st. We understand that due to the holidays, that there may be delays. On December 31st I reached out to the seller to cancel but received no response. I followed up again today and they said they could not cancel due to it being shipped. But it is now Jan 3rd and it appears that the item was just shipped. Since it shows the item is returnable, I inquired about how to return. The company stated no returns are allowed even thought it is stated in the item description and purchase history. Since we no longer need the item, we would like to return this and have a full refund. It seems a lot of others according to reviews left are having the same issues as me. This company is a scam.
