            The refusal to refund credits to my account in the amount of ******* is absolutely ridiculous. I believe being told I forfeit my credits due to cancellation is a huge, huge fault of this business. Their wine is not great for the price, and they continue to charge accounts when skipping a month or when asking for a refund for wine that was purchased.

            My husband somehow got hooked up in this. He thought he was getting some wine, but had no idea that it was a reoccurring monthly charge. We received the case which wasnt great wine and he said he just wouldnt order again. Three years later, he noticed a charge of *****. We found out what it was and called. They have been charging us for 3 years, with no contact ( they put his email down incorrectly). They said they dont call or send letters, just email. Well if you send a couple of emails to a wrong acct, you get a mailer daemon. Did they try to call to get the correct info? No, they just kept charging us. *****+ in credits for crappy wine? I dont think so! We are going to fight all charges. This company should not be allowed to run operations like that.
